2-Bedroom Residential Lease - 106 Via Cordova, Newport Beach, CA

Description

Welcome to Lido D'amore, an ultra-luxurious and romantic Italian-inspired beach cottage nestled on Lido Isle. The cottage is a short walk over the bridge from Lido Village, a popular and chic waterfront destination that is home to Nobu and other renowned restaurants/cafes, luxury boutiques, and sun-kissed beaches. A recent guest shared, "Staying at the house on Lido was nothing short of amazing. We truly couldn't have asked for a better place to spend the summer." Lido D'amore was thoughtfully designed to transport you and your loved ones to otherworldly experiences and places. A spacious, single-level, fully furnished and private luxury retreat infused with intention and elegance. Timeless design elements and rich textures work together effortlessly: La Cornue range, Sub-Zero appliances, Waterworks fixtures throughout, RH Cloud sofa, four-zoned AC, Luzon wood floors, luxurious spa-like bathrooms, romantic fireplaces, exposed wood beams, 19th-century Italian hand-carved marble fountain, curated touches, and a two-car garage with an additional parking spot. Every detail works in harmony to create a peaceful space that feels romantic, cinematic and deeply livable. "I feel like I'm in a movie and I don't want it to end," said many. Originally developed in the early 1900s to mirror the resort island of Lido di Venezia near Venice, Italy, Lido Isle's Stradas (interwoven pedestrian pathways) connect neighbors to a private beach club, 24/7 armed security, Lido Isle Yacht Club, tennis (three courts and a dedicated tennis professional), pickleball, basketball courts, and more. Lido D'amore is the premiere beach cottage on Lido Isle, one of Newport Beach's most exclusive and peaceful enclaves! The dream is real!
