If you can find a better property in Valley Center for the money then buy it. I am the selling agent and have lived here since 2012. Great place to live. Not far from shopping in Escondido. High speed internet through AT&T or Mediacom. TV channels, U-Verse and Mediacom or streaming services like YouTube TV. Also Dish on roof as well. Great possibilities with this listing. Sure some other listings are nice but do they have a well? RV parking and hookups? A boat building? A complete chain link fenced property with gate? A lap pool? A three car garage? An $800 basketball hoop for the family? A Gazebo? Some areas of Valley Center do not have high speed internet. Not a problem here at this location because there is a Fiber Optics box, up at the entrance of this community. The well just needs a new pipe ( probable corrosion) upgraded to PCV according to a well employee. Well pump is pumping water down below but nothing coming out above ground. Allow $5000 (Well company quote but confirm) then you will have a 20 gallons per minute supply of water for irrigation. Install a filtration system, a solar panel and a 5,000 gallon tank and you have something special like using it to add water to the pool and maybe even cleared to drink. The savings alone compared to Valley Center Water would pay for itself in a short time. Note consult professional..
