They added central heat and air along with a whole house fan to complete the upgrades. Bone-tired by now, the sellers took to relaxing on their partially covered patio, overlooking their really large fenced backyard, with their favorite beverage in hand saying: "I think we should sell it now so let's find the most famous REALTOR® of all".
