Records show 756 square feet but with the 560 sq/ft upstairs counted, it is approximately 1316 square feet of living space. Stairs and ladder to the upstairs are rather steep but that does not mean that they can't be reconfigured or possibly have a spiral staircase put in. There is currently an existing garage. As with all of these Forest Service cabins, there is a yearly lease and there are a few regulations (including that they cannot be used for a full time residence and they cannot be used as a rental).
