Not right in the hustle and bustle of the village but just close enough to be convenient, this lot between two existing homes backs to open space. Consider the advantages of this location! Trees screen the lot from the road and from neighbors. Is this the location for your new mountain home? Pine Mountain Club has much to offer including the clubhouse for food, live music, meeting neighbors and more. Our more than 2000 acres of common space includes the 9 hole golf course, tennis/pickleball courts, stables and trails for riding, walking and hiking here in our community and in nearby forest lands, a private park with baseball, basketball, volleyball, a playground, a grill and picnic area, garden spaces. We have a private campground and several public campgrounds close by, bright stars on mountain nights, breezes and views that refresh and renew! Come and check it out! Everyone who owns a lot is a member of Pine Mountain Club Property Owners Association (661-242-3788; pinemountainclub.org). Assessments are $1799 for the entire year from July 1, 2026-June30, 2027. This fee includes road maintenance and snow plowing, the maintenance of our common spaces, our security guards 24/7, activities and much more. Water is available from Mil Potrero Mutual Water Company (661-242-3230; mpmwc.com), right here in town. If the peace and beauty of Pine Mountain Club is drawing you here, come on and check out what life is like in this small mountain community.
