Most furniture is staying. Now , these are the rules for the park . In order to be accepted here , score credit needs to be above 650 . Space rent is 920 per month including spectrum , water and the amenities. Electric billl can go over 100 - 150 in the summer but thats not too bad. There is a great little restaurant and farmers market in the resort . So no need for driving to town sometimes . Come get it while it lasts!!!
